1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the product.
- Products that are damaged upon delivery must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, along with photographic evidence.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Perishable items that have been opened.
- Products not purchased directly from spiceharbour.in.
- Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Support: Send an email to spiceharbourclt@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Product name and quantity
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if applicable, e.g., damaged or defective items)
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with instructions.
- Prepare the Product for Return: Once approved, securely pack the product in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Ward 21, Kozhikode Co-operation- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items delivered by us.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed under the following terms:
- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. Inspections are completed within 5 business days of receipt.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank account) within 7-10 business days of inspection approval.
- Non-Refundable Costs:
- Shipping fees (initial delivery) are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace a product, please return the original item and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item by emailing spiceharbourclt@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the damage.
- After verification, we will either:
- Issue a full refund, including shipping fees, or
- Send a replacement product at no additional cost.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled if the request is made before the product is shipped. To cancel an order, email spiceharbourclt@gmail.com with your order details. If the product has already been shipped, the return process must be followed.
